Welcome to ClodHost. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClodHost, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Service Description

ClodHost provides:

• Fully managed Claude Code instances that build software based on your descriptions
• Cloud servers with development environments pre-configured
• Real-time chat interface to interact with Claude as it builds your project
• Persistent storage for your projects and deployments
• Shareable links to let others view or collaborate on your projects

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• The content you create and deploy using the service
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
• Any subscription or usage fees associated with your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use ClodHost to:

• Create or distribute malware, viruses, or malicious software
• Build applications that violate any laws or regulations
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or other users
• Circumvent any usage limits or security measures
• Access your server via SSH or any method other than the official ClodHost chat interface
• Use the included Claude account in any automated, scripted, or programmatic way, or access it through any means other than direct manual chatting via the ClodHost interface
• Share your account with unauthorized users
• Use the service to harm, threaten, or harass others
• Create applications that facilitate illegal activities
• Scrape, mine, or collect data in violation of third-party terms

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

• You retain 100% ownership of all code, files, and content you create using ClodHost
• ClodHost does not claim any intellectual property rights over your work
• You grant us only a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the service
• You are responsible for ensuring your content doesn't infringe on others' intellectual property

Our Content

• ClodHost and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ClodHost
• The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws
• Our branding, logos, and service marks may not be used without permission

6. AI Usage, Pricing and Payment

6.1 What "unlimited free AI use" includes

Your server includes unlimited AI usage, at no cost and with no monthly cap, when all three of the following are true of a request. A request that fails any one of them is not included.

• It is submitted through the ClodHost chat interface at clodhost.com/chat — not through our API, not through any other endpoint, and not from your server or any other machine.
• A human typed it, by hand, into that interface, at that moment. The person using the account composes the prompt and sends it themselves.
• It runs on the included model — the model we designate as the free default tier, currently DeepSeek V4.1 Flash 1017. Any other model, including the "Best" tier, is billed.

6.2 What is not included

The following is automated (non-interactive) usage. It is permitted, but it is not part of the free allowance and is billed at our published rate against your prepaid AI credit:

• Anything that submits a prompt without a person typing it at that moment — scripts, cron jobs, schedulers, timers, loops, queues, webhooks, or any other program
• Bots, and relays or bridges that forward messages from another application (for example Telegram, SMS, email or chat apps) into a ClodHost chat
• Agents, sub-agents or instances that prompt themselves or each other, including notifications, heartbeats and idle or "away" timers
• Any use of a ClodHost programmatic API key
• Any model other than the included free model, however it is invoked

The test is how the prompt was produced, not how much you use. A person typing all day is included. A single scheduled prompt a minute is not.

6.3 Fair use of the chat interface

Your chat session's credentials are issued for your own interactive use. Do not share them, extract them, or use them from outside the chat interface to drive automated requests. If you need automated access, use a programmatic API key, which is billed per token from prepaid credit.

6.4 Servers and payment

• Server plans, prepaid AI credit and any paid features are disclosed before purchase
• Prepaid AI credit is consumed as billable usage occurs; if your balance reaches zero, or a payment method is removed or declined, billable access is suspended until credit is restored
• We may change pricing or the designated included model with advance notice
• Your own usage, and what it would cost, is always visible at clodhost.com/usage

7. AI-Generated Content

Claude Code generates code and content based on your prompts. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated code may contain bugs or security vulnerabilities
• You are responsible for reviewing and testing generated code before deployment
• AI-generated content may not be suitable for all purposes without human review
• Generated code may be similar to code created for other users with similar prompts

8. Privacy and Data

Your use of ClodHost is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

No Warranties

ClodHost is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content
• Security or bug-free generated code
• Meeting your specific requirements

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClodHost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Service interruptions or delays
• Errors or bugs in generated code
• Security vulnerabilities in generated applications
• Third-party service failures

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ClodHost harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Applications you create and deploy
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your content or data

11. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features at any time
• Change pricing with reasonable notice
• Impose limits on usage or storage
• Update AI models and capabilities
• Suspend or terminate accounts for violations

12. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately
• We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ClodHost regarding the use of the service, superseding any prior agreements.
