- Fully managed Claude Code instances that build software based on your descriptions
- Cloud servers with development environments pre-configured
- Real-time chat interface to interact with Claude as it builds your project
- Persistent storage for your projects and deployments
- Shareable links to let others view or collaborate on your projects
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- The content you create and deploy using the service
- Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
- Any subscription or usage fees associated with your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use ClodHost to:
- Create or distribute malware, viruses, or malicious software
- Build applications that violate any laws or regulations
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or other users
- Circumvent any usage limits or security measures
- Share your account with unauthorized users
- Use the service to harm, threaten, or harass others
- Create applications that facilitate illegal activities
- Scrape, mine, or collect data in violation of third-party terms
5. Content and Intellectual Property
Your Content
- You retain 100% ownership of all code, files, and content you create using ClodHost
- ClodHost does not claim any intellectual property rights over your work
- You grant us only a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the service
- You are responsible for ensuring your content doesn't infringe on others' intellectual property
Our Content
- ClodHost and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ClodHost
- The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws
- Our branding, logos, and service marks may not be used without permission
6. Pricing and Payment
- ClodHost is currently in beta and free to use
- We may introduce paid plans in the future with advance notice
- Usage limits may apply to free accounts
- Paid features will be clearly disclosed before purchase
7. AI-Generated Content
Claude Code generates code and content based on your prompts. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated code may contain bugs or security vulnerabilities
- You are responsible for reviewing and testing generated code before deployment
- AI-generated content may not be suitable for all purposes without human review
- Generated code may be similar to code created for other users with similar prompts
8. Privacy and Data
Your use of ClodHost is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers and Limitations
No Warranties
ClodHost is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content
- Security or bug-free generated code
- Meeting your specific requirements
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClodHost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, data, or use
- Service interruptions or delays
- Errors or bugs in generated code
- Security vulnerabilities in generated applications
- Third-party service failures
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ClodHost harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the service
- Applications you create and deploy
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your content or data
11. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to:
