Big week for making ClodHost feel more like yours. We shipped chat customization, a new message view, DNS management, and a handful of quality-of-life fixes.
Chat Bubble View
You can now switch any chat to a bubble-style message layout — think iMessage instead of a terminal log. It's a per-chat toggle, so you can use bubbles for casual projects and keep the classic view for everything else. Find it in the chat settings menu.
Per-Chat Customization
Each chat can now have its own personality:
- Custom colors — pick a color to instantly tell your chats apart on the sidebar.
- Emoji icons — assign an emoji to any chat for a quick visual label.
- Timestamps — messages now show when they were sent, so you can track your session history.
These are small touches, but they make a real difference when you're juggling multiple projects.
DNS Record Management for Custom Domains
If you've connected a custom domain, you can now add, edit, and delete DNS records right from the Domains page — no need to bounce over to your registrar's dashboard. A, AAAA, CNAME, TXT, MX — it's all there.
Smoother Onboarding & Reliability Fixes
- Existing users skip the waitlist — if you already have an account, you'll no longer get stuck behind the waitlist when signing in on a new device.
- SSH reconnection fix — resolved an issue where restarting a Claude session could fail due to stale SSH connections. Sessions recover much more reliably now.
- Mobile text wrapping toggle — long lines on mobile were rough; there's now a wrap toggle in account settings.
